We are located in Cheyenne, Wyoming and we specialize in Criminal Defense, Expungements, and Family-Based Immigration. The team at Humphrey Legal, P.C. has 18 years of legal experience. We handle all aspects of criminal defense work, from investigations to appeals and post-conviction relief. Our approach is simple-find alternative solutions to legal disputes, give clients every possible option, help them reach an informed decision, and assist them in executing their desired course of action.

Mr. Christopher G. Humphrey, Esq.

Owner with experience in criminal law and immigration

Mr. Humphrey is licensed to practice law in Wyoming, Colorado, the Wyoming Federal District Court, the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Executive Office of Immigration Review. He was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming. As a graduate of the University of Wyoming’s College of Law, he participated in the Defender Aid Clinic, worked as an extern for the Federal Defender’s Office, and volunteered to assist the Office of the State Public Defender.

He has represented defendants charged with everything from Driving Under the Influence (DUI) to DUI Homicide. Mr. Humphrey has appeared in: municipal, circuit, district, and federal courts, in addition to the Wyoming Supreme Court, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.

We strive to be an attentive and responsive firm. This is the reason we may not take every case that comes to us. If we choose to take your case, we intend to provide you with the best service and be attentive and responsive to your needs.

We also provide meetings over teleconference or videoconference with our attorneys. We find this method to be convenient for our busy and out of state clients.

Many firms are using reception services and third-party companies to communicate with their clients. Our office has two full time legal assistants to provide a better response rate to your inquiries.
