​ Welcome to Humphrey & Associates, a law firm serving residents of Laramie and Albany County, Wyoming. We are located in Cheyenne, Wyoming and we specialize in Criminal Defense, Expungements, and Family-Based Immigration. The team at Humphrey & Associates has 17 years of legal experience. We handle all aspects of criminal defense work, from investigations to appeals and post-conviction relief. Our approach is simple-find alternative solutions to legal disputes, give clients every possible option, help them reach an informed decision, and assist them in executing their desired course of action.

Mr. Christopher G. Humphrey, Esq.
Owner with experience in criminal law and immigration
Mr. Humphrey is licensed to practice law in Wyoming, Colorado, Wyoming Federal District Court, 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Executive Office of Immigration Review. He was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming. As a graduate of the University of Wyoming’s College of Law, he participated in the Defender Aid Clinic, worked as an extern for the Federal Defender’s Office, and volunteered to assist the Office of the State Public Defender.

He has represented defendants charged with everything from Driving Under the Influence (DUI) to DUI Homicide. Mr. Humphrey has appeared in: municipal, circuit, district, and federal courts, in addition to the Wyoming Supreme Court, and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. ​​
