Notable Cases: 

  • United States v. A.N.

    • OUTCOME: Acquittal

    • Defendant was charged with evasion of payment of tax along with her husband. After 5 days of trial, we successfully demonstrated her innocence to the Jury. 

  • State v. R.C.

    • OUTCOME: Acquitted of homicide, convicted of lesser included DUI injury

    • DUI accident resulted in serious injury to the victim. The victim eventually died nine months later. The defendant was then charged with homicide, and the maximum penalty went from ten years to twenty years. We were able to prove that the death was not due to the original DUI accident.​

  • State v. H. M.

    • ​OUTCOME: Dismissed

    • Def was charged with Sexual Abuse of a minor on the first day of trial

  • Barkell v. Crouse, 468 F.3d 684 (10th Circuit)​

    • OUTCOME: Reversed and Remanded​
